• Regular Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, except university holidays or mandated university closures.
• Extended Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 7 PM, except university holidays or mandated university closures.
• 24/7: all day, weekdays, weekends and holidays, except the QI winter holiday closure.
  After Hours refers to those times of 24/7 access that are outside of Regular Business Hours.
